<p>As for the sectors, Discretionary continues to be oversold.  Only Energy is overbought.  All other sectors are in the neutral zone.</p>
<p>Industrial bears watching as it dropped to 35.44% bullish.</p>
<p>Materials took a big hit dropping nearly 20 points.</p>
