Dual Momentum Portfolios

With the deep drop today, what recommendation emerges from Dual Momentum analysis? I just downloaded data and I see where SPTM or U.S. Equities is still recommended over International Equities or Bonds.
Later this week I will be watching the DM portfolios carefully for moves out of U.S. Equities.
