We have two sectors in the oversold zone.  Industrial just moved into this zone today with the down market.  Materials is already there, but we hold shares of VAW in the Sector BPI portfolios.

In addition, Discretionary is very close (34% bullish) and Technology is extremely close at 31% bullish.  Investors may wish to raise cash to purchase shares of VCR and VGT sometime this week.

I would not be surprised if the market does not move even lower so I will check back on Friday, if not before to let investors know what is going on in the BPI world.  This is a crazy period.
