When the market dips, as is the case today, I check on the Sector BPI data to see if any sectors dropped into the oversold zone.  Energy is the only one that is close and it is showing bullish stocks slightly below the 40% mark.

Should the market continue to decline tomorrow and Wednesday, Energy may show up as a Buy.
