If the reset password plugin is not working, contact me at itawealth@comcast.net for a new password. As an alternative, contact me at itawealth@comcast.net and I will delete your account. Once your account is deleted, register as a Guest using your new password. I will then elevate you back to the level you were before your account was deleted.
