The Dual Momentum model continues to recommend holding only TLT.

Both the HA and BHS models (Target Filter set to Yes) continue to recommend holding only SH.  That is likely too risky, so set a percentage limit for this ETF and invest the rest in SHV, SHY, or a money market.
