After trying and failing at individual stock trading, I am seeking an ETF portfolio that is more than "set and forget." ITA Wealth Management may fit the bill. What do you suggest as a starting point for someone new? Which portfolio should be followed?
My portfolio is worth $750K to $1,250K. My child's portfolio is worth $20K.
Thank you

DillonDale,
With a portfolio worth roughly a million dollars, I would break it up into several parts. Before getting into the different portfolios, will you experience a large tax burden if you sell stocks so as to have cash to move into ETFs? If so, that could change the advice. If the money is currently in a money market, it is much easier to move forward into ETFs.
I'll wait for your answer as to where the investments are currently positioned.
