With a potential strike against Iran, portfolios positioned in low volatile securities look promising. Examples are: SPTL, TLT, TIP, AGG, SPAB, etc. Gold is another possibility. We may even see SH rise to the level of a Buy recommendation.
This week (9/16/2019) it will be interesting to watch ETF prices and see what recommendations come out of the Kipling workbook.
