Here is the link to an interesting interview with Charles Ellis, author of "Winning the Loser's Game."

I have the 1998 edition of Ellis' book and there were a few errors in that volume.  I just ordered his 8th edition in the hopes the errors were corrected.  In addition, I am hoping to find in the new edition a discussion as to the true cost of advisor management fees.  Ellis has a unique way of calculating fees which I've heard him discuss in public.  My hope is that he has included this logic in the latest edition.
