Technology moved into the Overbought zone on Friday.  The sector is now 83% bullish.  Here are the decisions or recommendations.  Place a 3% Trailing Stop Loss Order (TSLO) under VGT.

Another option is to place a 1.7% TSLO under VGT if holding shares with a broker who permits decimal TSLOs.  Why 1.7%?  Because the sector is 1.7% below the maximum 100% level.

When a sector hits the 70% bullish level we use a 3% TSLO.  If the sector moves even higher on the bullish scale, then lower the TSLO percentage.
