Ask Questions: As a former teacher, I always encouraged students to ask questions. Even today, I ask my grandchildren - "What questions did you ask today?"
I'm encouraging readers of the ITA blog to ask questions if something is not clear. While I may not have the answer, likely some other reader will be able to fill in the information.
