[Sticky] Running a "Clean" Kipling

I'm quite sure I recommended this before, but in case I did not or you missed it, here is a suggestion when performing a portfolio review.

Set up what I call a "clean" spreadsheet.  Take the entire value of the portfolio and enter it as if 100% of the portfolio is in cash.  Set all holdings to zero shares.  Act as if you are starting from scratch and you only hold cash in the portfolio.

Update the prices and then set the Portfolio Risk in the Position Sizing (Auto) worksheet.  Then move to the Position Sizing (Manual) worksheet and set the number of shares you wish to invest in the various ETFs.  Now compare the number of shares you set in the "clean" Kipling with the shares you are recommending in the actual portfolio.  If there are differences, analyze why the delta and which recommendations are you going to follow.  This may help in knowing what to sell, hold, or buy.
