I just checked the Bullish Percent Indicator (BPI) data and there are no major changes this week (22 November 2024).  The Sector BPI portfolios continue to hold Energy (VDE) and the current reading is 63.63% bullish.  No action is required.

Health is one sector that is getting close to a Buy as the current BPI reading is 42.42% bullish.

Materials is the other sector moving closer to the Oversold zone of 30% as it is currently 41.37% bullish.

Four sectors are overbought (70% bullish or higher) and they are:  Discretionary, Financial, Industrial, and Utilities.  If you hold any of these in your Sector BPI portfolio, place a 3% TSLO under them.  I don't hold any of these sectors in the Sector BPI portfolios I watch over.
