I am in the process of converting the Kepler and Pauling portfolios from the Relative Strength investment model over to the Sector BPI Plus model with some simplifications.  The simplifications will involved using fewer equity ETFs in addition to the sector ETFs.

The reason for the conversion is that these are two of the poorest performers and I want to turn each around over the next 14 months.
