No changes this week (12-6-2024) as far as the Sector BPI portfolios are concerned.  The Energy sector dropped slightly in the percentage of bullish stocks.  We continue to wait for this sector to move up into the overbought zone so we can place a 3% TSLO under VDE.

Advice:  Continue to be patient and look for buying opportunities for VOO and VTI if cash is available.
