The Pauling portfolio is managed using the BHS model found in the Kipling spreadsheet. One addition is that the Target Filter is turned on. The investment quiver is identical to that found in the Schrodinger or the Schwab Intelligent Portfolio.
The goal for the Pauling is to outperform the Schrodinger portfolio.
