June 11, 2026 By Lowell Herr Leave a Comment

Schrodinger is the Robo Advisor portfolio up for review this morning.  This is actually an update as little action occurred since the last posting of information. To new readers, the Schrodinger portfolio is managed by computers based at Schwab.  Schwab refers to these portfolios as Intelligent Portfolios.

Schrodinger Portfolio Review: 15 May 2026

Since the last review the computers at Schwab rebalanced the Schrodinger by adding shares to large cap equities and bonds.  Considering this overbought market both additions are somewhat puzzling.  However, I’m not going to quibble as the performance since 12/31/2021 has been excellent.  The

Schrodinger Portfolio Update: 17 April 2026

April 17, 2026 By Lowell Herr Leave a Comment

January 29, 2026 By Lowell Herr Leave a Comment

The question, “Who will manage the family portfolio when I die?” gave rise to research into Robo Advisor services.  I looked into numerous services several years ago and actually invested money with several brokers to test their services.  Performance and cost were the

Schrodinger Portfolio Update: 2 January 2026

January 2, 2026 By Lowell Herr Leave a Comment

Schrodinger is an excellent portfolio to launch this early in 2026 as there is nothing to do except report the results.  As mentioned each update of the Robo Advisor or Intelligent Portfolio, all the owner does is add new money to the account each month.

Schrodinger Robo Advisor Portfolio Review: 26 November 2025

November 26, 2025 By Lowell Herr Leave a Comment

Schrodinger is a Robo Advisor portfolio or what Schwab refers to as an “intelligent portfolio.”  This portfolio is computer managed so the owner is hands off other than to continue to save and add to the portfolio.  Schrodinger is truly a passive portfolio. Schrodinger Asset Allocation Model The
