The recommendations for 3/20/2020 are as follows:
- Dual Momentum investors will put 100% of the portfolio in TLT. No change there.
- The BHS model with the Target Filter turned on recommends only investing in SH or shorting the market. I would limit the percentage and not short the market by 100%.
