The Dual Momentum model continues to recommend holding 100% of the portfolio in TLT.

The basic tranche momentum model recommends only TLT if using the BHS model with the Target Filter turned on.

If using the HS model, the recommendations are TLT and SCHP, a TIPs ETF.  In other words, stay conservative.

Short selling (SH) is no longer recommended.
