If you are looking for investment advice for your children or grandchildren, Copernicus is an excellent choice as no management skills are required. Open up a broker account and begin saving. While the Copernicus focuses on four broad index ETFs (VTI, SPY, VOO, and ESGV) one can narrow this to one or two ETFs. VOO and SPY are nearly identical ETFs so choose one or the other. Of the remaining two, I would recommend VTI as it is a broad index covering the U.S. Equities market.
Schrodinger is the other portfolio I highly recommend for investors of all ages.
Copernicus Security Holdings
Below are the current holdings for the Copernicus. This worksheet comes directly from the basic Kipling spreadsheet. The only reason I use this spreadsheet is to keep track of the portfolio holdings and to seek recommendations as to which of the four equities ETFs are the best buys based on recent momentum considerations.
Currently, ESGV is the highest ranked ETF, but the Copernicus is holding more shares than recommended. Number two on the list is VTI and I have limit orders in place to use up all available cash.

Copernicus Performance Data
Over the past 24.6 months the Copernicus managed to open up a significant lead on SPY, due in large part to investing when prices were lower in 2022. This is the advantage of dollar-cost-averaging.
The data comes from the software, Investment Account Manager.

Copernicus Risk Ratios
Strong performance by Copernicus shows up in the risk factors. This portfolio is performing exceedingly well. Remember that any value above zero is excellent for the Jensen and Information Ratios. The slope of the Jensen is also positive (0.20).
Of all the portfolios tracked here at ITA, Copernicus is the top performer and one of the easiest to manage. That is a winning combination.

The only negative to the Copernicus is that there is no downside protection. This is not a huge concern for the young who are able to add new cash to the portfolio.

I always forget to mention that the Copernicus is extremely tax efficient as one never sells – unless of an extreme emergence.
The Schrodinger is tax managed by Schwab so it is also tax efficient.
