Franklin is one of three portfolios using the Sector BPI investing model. This model was developed here at ITA. After patiently waiting many months for one or more sectors to drop into the oversold zone, we have recently had quite a bit of action due to recent market volatility. The Franklin currently holds ETFs in seven (7) of the eleven (11) market sectors.
Franklin Sector ETF Holdings
Below are the current holdings for the Franklin portfolio. If we are in for a less than stellar market (my guess), it may be months before we see any of these sectors reach the overbought zone. The most likely to make such a move is Technology as that sector is the most volatile.

Franklin Performance Data
While the Franklin has not been using the Sector BPI model since 12/31/2021, I use December of 2021 as the launch date so I can compare performances among the various ITA portfolios.
Over the last four years the Franklin has outperformed the AOR, but has fallen short of the S&P 500.

Franklin Risk Ratios
With exception of the Treynor Ratio, the Franklin is showing improvement in the other three risk measurements. The most important is the Jensen Alpha as it takes into account more market variables. Next most valuable is the Information Ratio.

Over the next few weeks expect to see some changes in the Huygens, Kepler, and Einstein portfolios as I am changing the asset allocations in preparation for the coming correction if no recession.
