Mallard ducks feeding. With a little imagination one can see an Interference Pattern.
When last analyzed for performance the Bohr ranked #11 overall. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is too far below that of the Schrodinger (passively managed) to be permitted to languish. Therefore, over the next several months the Bohr will transition to something much closer to the Sector BPI Plus model. The plan is to hold the majority of the Closed-End-Funds until the second quarter dividends are in and after that to gradually sell off the CEFs and migrate this portfolio over to the Sector BPI model.
Bohr Investment Quiver
Below is the current investment quiver for the Bohr. With nearly $20,000 in cash I have a number of limit orders in place to purchased more shares of U.S. Equities. Which ETF is identified below.

Bohr Security Recommendations
Since no sectors are in the Buy zone one then moves on to securities one finds in a Dual Momentum™ portfolio. Those ETFs are: BND, ESGV, SPY, VOO, and VTI. In addition I’m expanding the DM options to include VEA and VWO, international equities. As yet I’ve not included ESGV in the Bohr investment quiver. That is coming in the next update.
Check the fifth column from the right in the screenshot below and look for the highest ranking ETF from the DM list. VOO at #3 is the highest rank. Numbers 1 and 2 are sector ETFs and we don’t include them until the sector drops into the oversold zone.

Bohr Manual Risk Adjustments
In the following screen shot readers will see that five more shares of VOO will meet the recommended shares. This leaves nearly $18,000 in cash. When this happens we move down the ranking list. VTI is next, but holds 110 shares or seven more than the recommended number. So we move to the next one on the equities list and it is SPY. Fifty-one shares are recommended. We will use up all cash with this order.

Bohr Performance Data
The delta between the Bohr IRR and the SPY IRR is the reason for making changes in how this portfolio is managed. The goal over the next few months is to begin to close this gap.

Bohr Risk Ratios
The risk is too high for the poor IRR performance so changes are coming for the Bohr. While the Information Ratio improved from May to June, the change is still too slow or minor. Watch this space over the next few months and see if there is not improvement.
