The waiting is over as the market decline this week pushed two sectors into the oversold zone. In addition to the two recommended purchases there is a third sector on the brink of an oversold condition.
In the next screenshot readers will see that the major indexes took a huge hit this week as the FEDs are trying to balance between increasing inflation while keeping the economy rolling upward. It is a tough balancing act. In addition we are facing a major increase in the national debt or a repeat of the first Trump Administration. National debt no longer an issue for the GOP now that they are once more in political control.

Index BPI
Every major index took a major hit this week. Hard hit was the Dow Jones Transportation Average (DJTA) as it dropped 20 percentage points in bullish stocks. The NASDAQ 100 was also thumped significantly.

Health and Materials are now in the oversold zone with Energy a close third. On Monday I plan to raise the necessary cash to purchase VHT and VAW. In a few cases I already hold shares of VAW in a few Sector BPI portfolios.
The ETFs I will sell first are: ESGV followed by VTI. Last to be sold is VOO.

Orders were placed this morning to populate Health (VHT) as this sector dropped into the oversold zone last Friday. Shares were purchased for Carson, Franklin, Gauss, McClintock, and Millikan portfolios. These are the five portfolios using the Sector BPI investing mode.

No significant changes this week in the BPI recommendations. Energy dropped back into the oversold zone, but we already owned shares of VDE. The three oversold sectors are: Energy, Health, and Materials. Materials is at rock bottom with a 13.79% bullish stocks.
