I think most of the ITA portfolios are set up to handle the anticipated volatility coming in 2026.  In general, the plan is to encourage owners of the various portfolios to continue to save so I am able to dollar-cost-average.  The hope is to take advantage of market dips as they show themselves over the next 12 months.

SHV will be used as a holding tank for cash in order to capture higher interest than paid through money markets.
