Wildlife Safari – Winston, Oregon
As we review the Franklin, Technology remains the only overbought sector. With a rather flat market this morning it seems unlikely we will see any other sectors rise to the overbought level when the BPI spreadsheet is updated tomorrow. This is a period when we wait on the market for the next upward push.
Franklin Investment Quiver and Holdings
Materials (VAW) and Staples (VDC) were the last two sectors to call for a Buy based on oversold conditions within their respective sectors. VAW is properly populated and VDC is one share shy of the recommended percentage.
Checking the far right column we see were VTI, VOO, and ESGV are still recommending we stay away from U.S. Equities.

Franklin Manual Risk Adjustment
The only change this review is to place a 2% Trailing Stop Loss Order (TSLO) under Technology (VGT). Otherwise, no action is called for.

Franklin Performance Data
We are closing in on 23 months of operation for the Franklin and it is outperforming the SPY benchmark by one percentage point. A positive December market could move this portfolio into positive territory when it comes to the IRR percentage. It would be a relief to see a little more green after so much red due to a poor equities market in 2022.

Franklin Risk Ratios
With exception of the Sortino and Omego Ratios, the Franklin risk values are an improvement over where they were a year ago. Take note of the positive slope for the Jensen and the string of positive values for the Information Ratio.
