Attention Sector BPI followers.  The Technology sector dropped into the oversold zone so on Monday I will purchase shares of VGT for the Carson, Franklin, and McClintock portfolios.  

The other sector in the Buy zone is Staples.  We already hold shares of VDC in all three sector portfolios.

Otherwise, I am selling equity holdings and move to short-term treasuries (SHV).
