Readers,

Health and Real Estate joined the oversold sectors.  We now see five sectors in the oversold zone as of March 20, 2026.  They are:

  1. Discretionary - VCR
  2. Financial - VFH
  3. Health - VHT
  4. Industrial - VIS
  5. Real Estate - VNQ

If you are managing a Sector BPI portfolio, check these five sectors and make sure to invest in the above five ETFs.  Some readers may be using iShares sector ETFs instead of Vanguard.  Not a problem

Staples and Communications are very close to oversold with BPI values of 30.55 and 30.43 respectively.  One knows it is a weak stock market when seven of eleven sectors are oversold.
