Checking in on the Bullish Percent Indicator data this morning I see where the Discretionary sector is very close to oversold.  The BPI percentage is down to 32% bullish.  Depending on market action on Monday, I am very close to purchasing shares of VCR for the three Sector BPI portfolios tracked here at ITA.
