The Bullish Percent Indicator for Consumer Discretionary moved into the overbought zone so it is a Sell.  The BPI is 71.42% so set a 2.9% TSLO if your broker permits decimals.  If not, just set a 3% TSLO under VCR if you are using the Vanguard ETF to represent this sector of the market.

Health (VHT) and Utilities (VPU) are also overbought.
