Three sectors are oversold. Discretionary continues below 30% bullish while Industrial and Utilities both dropped below 30% by the close of the market this afternoon.
After the market opens tomorrow I plan to add shares of VIS (Industrial) and VPU (Utilities) if not already in the portfolio.
I will sell shares of SCHO to raise cash to make these purchases.
