Based on Bullish Percent Indicator data for this past week, the U.S. Equities market took a pasting.  Every major index is bearish with the Dow Transportation Average dropping 15 percentage points.  While we do no use the indexes for Buy & Sell signals, transportation is oversold.

As for Sectors, all are bearish with exception of Technology.  Discretionary is the only oversold sector so if you are managing a Sector BPI portfolio, make sure to be invested in VCR or a similar sector Exchange Traded Fund (ETF).

Industrial (VIS) is holding at 31.64% bullish so I picked up shares for the Sector BPI portfolios.  31% is close enough to the oversold zone.
