Franklin is one of five Sector BPI portfolios monitored here at ITA Wealth Management. The other four are: Carson, Gauss, McClintock, and Millikan. To reduce my workload I moved several Sector BPI portfolios over to the Asset Allocation model.
No sectors are currently in the Buy zone. The lone sector holding, VDC, is not overbought so no action is required when it comes to sectors.

Franklin Security Holdings
Below are the current holdings within the Franklin. The only decision is what to do with the $6,700 in cash.

Franklin Manual Risk Adjustments
Limit orders are set to pick up more shares of VTI and VOO with an emphasis on VOO as the goal of the Franklin is to match or surpass the S&P 500.

Franklin Performance Data
Since 12/31/2021 the Franklin has outperformed the SPY benchmark as well as all other potential benchmarks.

Franklin Risk Ratios
While the July risk ratio values are not at the high point over the past year, all are positive. The slope of the Jensen Alpha is a relative strong 0.11 and will increase once July 2023 data is truncated.

Franklin Sector Portfolio Report
In a few months we will have two years of Sector BPI data for the Franklin. Since 11/01/2022 the Franklin has far outperformed the SPY benchmark.
Over this period the NASDAQ is by far the strongest index.
