Check out this article. Looks like we need a special agency within the government to keep tabs on the trading of high up government officials.

Doesn't surprise me much. I wonder how many others
in high places took advantage.
Makes it hard to manage a portfolio.
Fortunately however I started reducing equity holdings
in January and Feb.
