This past week was a very strong one for U.S. Equities.  All the major indexes showed significant strength.  Several moved up by 20% and the S&P 100 jumped by 30%.  Such moves are not common.

As for the different sectors, these four are overbought. If you hold VCR, VFH, VGT and/or VPU, place a 3% TSLO under the ETF.

  • Discretionary
  • Financial
  • Technology
  • Utilities

Only Energy is oversold.  Staples at 38.88% bullish is the only other sector close to the oversold zone.
