The three overbought sectors are:  Financial, Health, and Utilities. I will need to check, but I don't think the Carson, Franklin, or McClintock hold any of those ETFs.  

The most recent oversold sectors were:  Discretionary, Energy, Materials, and Technology.

Energy is up from a low of 14.28% bullish to 33.33% bullish.
