Welcome to Ground Hog Day. Franklin is the portfolio scheduled for review and if you recall, the Franklin was a lagging Dual Momentum portfolio that I switched over to the Sector BPI model. Time will tell as to whether this was a wise move.
Since no moves are recommended, this review is short and sweet.
Franklin Sector ETF Recommendations
The only sector the Franklin holds is VOX as there have not been any Buy signals of merit since the Franklin was launched late last year. Since the Communication Services (VOX) is not over-bought and there are no Buy recommendations, we will not do anything with the Franklin other than to set limit orders to purchase either SHV or SCHP.

Franklin Performance Data
Over the past 13 months the Franklin holds a thin lead over both the AOA and SPY benchmarks.

Franklin Risk Ratios
The primary improvement since moving to the Sector BPI model is the increase in the Information Ratio since last November.

I just updated the BPI spreadsheet and there are six sectors that are over-bought. Using Vanguard ETFs they are: VCR, VFH, VIS, VGT, VOX, and VNQ.
Since the Franklin holds VOX, I will be placing a TSLO of 2.9% on this small holding.
