Updating the BPI sector data this morning I find all sector ETFs continue to reside between the 30% and 70% bullish zones although Energy (VDE) is approaching the 70% bullish zone.  Another one or two good days and it will be necessary to place a 3% TSLO on VDE.

I’ll not be surprised if Energy (VDE) does not move into the over-sold zone today or tomorrow so stay tuned.

Franklin Performance Data

Over the past year the Franklin outperformed all the benchmarks I track.  I use AOA as my standard, but I do rather enjoy seeing portfolios best the S&P 500.

Franklin Risk Ratios

Thus far in January the Jensen is definitely improving for the Franklin.  It will be a number of months before this data table takes on significant importance as most of the data was generated when the Franklin operated as a Dual Momentum portfolio.
