As with the Einstein portfolio the Bethe is also in the rebuilding phase. Perhaps all portfolios are rebuilding provided new cash is added on a regular basis. Such is the case with the Bethe. Bethe Asset Allocation Holdings Below is the current Asset Allocation for the Bethe. There are a few minor changes in the […]
Bethe Asset Allocation Portfolio Update: 4 November 2025
Bethe is the portfolio up for review this morning. This portfolio is constructed primarily of equity ETFs and as such is taking a hit this morning. Is this the draw-down we have expected for months or only a momentary pause? To be determined over the next several months. As readers will see, I am taking […]
Bethe Portfolio Review: 20 November 2025
Bethe is a simple equity oriented portfolio. The asset allocation is currently skewed toward “cash” in the form of short-term treasuries (SHV) as the probability of a major market correction over the next 12 to 18 months is extremely high. Bethe Portfolio Review: 8 December 2025
Bethe is the next asset allocation portfolio up for review. Note the new array of assets as this change is designed to create a “recession resistant” portfolio by increasing lower volatile Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and to increase the monthly yield.

Bethe Portfolio Review: 11 February 2026
Bethe is one of numerous Asset Allocation (AA) investing models tracked and managed here at Investment Trend Analysis (ITA). While the Bethe is not fully in balance, the shares of the different ETFs are making their way toward the target percentages. I had hoped to have all the AA portfolios in balance by the end […]
Bethe Portfolio Review: 10 March 2026
Bethe is the conservative asset allocation portfolio scheduled for review today. As I look over the current holdings, I may make a change in the future. One that merits change is to sell QUAL and replace it with SCHD. This switch would increase income and lower the overall portfolio beta. While the war in […]
Bethe Portfolio Review: 9 April 2026
Bethe is the second portfolio to be reviewed today. Like the Millikan, the Bethe is holding a significant percentage in cash as the current equities market is overvalued or overbought. At this point I am in a waiting game to see what might trigger a market correction or worse.
