Bohr is another portfolio that is undergoing asset allocation changes resulting in simplification. In this case the portfolio is made up of ten (10) different asset classes plus cash or a money market. One change reader will see is moving more money from SCHO to SGOV so at to shorten the term of these treasury ETFs.
With the Bohr I am using VEA and VWO for international exposure instead of VXUS. Either choice is fine when looking for international equity exposure.
Bohr Security Holdings
Below are the current Bohr holdings. There is still an abundance of cash to invest. Limit orders are in place as readers will see in the second screen shot.

Bohr Rebalancing Recommendations
I am holding on to a sizable position in SCHO as the owner of this portfolio will need cash for educational expenses in 2027. Otherwise I would sell shares to raise cash to bring asset classes below target up to the assigned target percentages.
VTI is left most under target as I anticipate U.S. Equities will take a major hit sometime in the not too distant future. I have several limit orders in place to pick up more shares of VTI at prices lower than the current price. Of immediate concern it to bring VGSH closer to its target percentage as this ETF is a major dividend generator.

Bohr Performance Data
Since 12/31/2021 the Bohr lags all benchmarks, due principally to cash withdrawals at critical periods. One more withdrawal in 2027 from the Bohr and then the owner can focus on rebuilding this portfolio.

Bohr Risk Ratios
When checking the four risk ratios over the past year one is always searching for bits and pieces of good news. With the Bohr we see improvement in all four risk measurements with exception of the all important Information Ratio. And even here we see little change.
One encouraging signal is the positive Jensen Alpha or Jensen Performance Index. A slope of 0.05 is minor, but it is still positive.
