Most Sector BPI managers no longer hold Financial (VFH), but if you do make sure you have a 3% TSLO under this ETF as Financial is once more positioned in the overbought zone.

Energy (VDE) dropped further into the oversold zone to where it is no only 14.28% bullish.  I added more shares of VDE today even though it meant exceeding the target percentage.
