Notification: Real Estate just dropped into the oversold zone on Friday (9/25/26). On Monday, purchase shares of VNQ if you are managing a Sector BPI portfolio.
Sector BPI portfolios should, after adding VNQ, should hold shares of VCR, VDC, VIS, VAW, and VPU.
Holding six of eleven sectors indicates this is not a strong bull market.
