Tree Root Fence
Bethe is an asset allocation portfolio that was revised last March in an attempt to withstand a potential market correction or recession. The reallocation of assets is now driven more by dividends than capital growth.
This morning I added a few shares of BIL and set a limit order to purchase more shares of Real Estate (VNQ). Limit orders are generally set around 5% below the current price.
Bethe Security Holdings
List below are the current Bethe security holdings. Most asset classes are well below target and will continue in this state for the foreseeable future. As dividends and new cash become available I will slowly add shares to those ETFs most below target. In a month or so all Exchange Traded Funds should be within 3.5% of the target percentage.

Bethe Rebalancing Recommendations
A limit order is in place to purchase more shares of VNQ. Since cash is limited no other orders are set.

Bethe Performance Data
Since 12/31/2021 the Bethe has underperformed the AOR benchmark as well as the other five tracked here at ITA. Don’t expect this gap to close so long as we maintain a very conservative asset allocation mix. The current beta is a very low 0.263. This is not a growth oriented portfolio.

Bethe Risk Ratios
The one bright spot within the risk ratio data is the positive slope of the Jensen. And this is barely in the positive zone. The Jensen Alpha and Treynor are above where they were a year ago, but the Information Ratio is well below its high for the year.
