Carson is the Sector BPI Plus portfolio up for review this morning. Real Estate is still in the oversold zone and thus far the Carson is not holding any shares of VNQ. There is insufficient cash to build VNQ up to the recommended 9.7% level so I placed a limit order to purchase as many shares as possible (rounded to nearest 5 shares) to use the $3,594 of cash.
Carson Investment Quiver and Holdings
Below is the investment quiver and holdings in the current Carson. VOX has been part of the Carson for several months. Real Estate is a Buy and I have a limit order in to use up as much cash as possible.

Carson Security Recommendations
The first securities to fill are the sector ETFs if and when the BPI data recommends a transaction. After those requirements are filled I move on to U.S. Equities or Bonds.
If readers have Sector BPI questions, post them in the Comment section provided with each blog entry. Other questions are also encouraged.

Carson Manual Risk Adjustments
A limit order is in to purchase 45 shares of VNQ. No more changes are required or recommended for the Carson.

Carson Performance Data
Over the past 21 months the Carson continues to lead the SPY benchmark by a wide margin.

Carson Risk Ratios
Pay more attention to the September column as it is too early in October to give much credence to that data. The anticipated bounce after dodging the government shutdown did not materialize. Interest rates, inflation uptick, and political uncertainty keep the U.S. Equities market roiling. This could last through 2024 so it is again time to be patient. Save and invest new cash when possible. Diversify securities and portfolio models when possible.
