Dual Momentum Portfolio Updates - 1/15/19

This morning I checked to see what the current recommendation is for Dual Momentum portfolios.  Hold 100% of the portfolio in bonds or treasuries.  The move from equities to bonds occurred about one month after the September 20th high and we have been in bonds every since.
