No changes are showing up in the sector market. The closest to a Buy (oversold) is Utilities (VPU) with a bullish reading of 38.71.
The three sector portfolios (Carson, Franklin, and McClintock) are all heavily invested in short-term treasuries (SCHO or SGOV).
