With stocks off sharply today what is happening to sectors of the market? I just checked and Bullish Percent Indicator data is not available for today. Sometime in the next 24 hours I'll check the BPI data for sectors to see if any fell into the over-sold zone. I doubt a one-day selloff will push any sectors into the <30% bullish zone, but it could happen.
