Based on 9/13/22 data, no sectors of the U.S. Stock Market are in the Buy zone. Materials and Telecom are close, but there are still too many bullish stocks so no Buy signals are available. Should the market decline further we might see one or two Buy signals show up when BPI data is reviewed at the end of the week.
